1. The service
Ayada provides tools for appointments, records, practice administration, reports, and related workflows. Features may change as the product develops. Ayada is not an emergency service and does not provide medical, clinical, legal, accounting, or regulatory advice.
2. Professional responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether Ayada is appropriate for your practice, obtaining required notices and consents, maintaining accurate records, meeting professional and legal obligations, and keeping independent procedures for urgent care and business continuity.
3. Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information, protect your password and authenticator, and do not share credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify Ayada through the available contact channel if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Sensitive information
Only enter information you are authorized to process. Do not rely on the service as the sole copy of critical records. Clinical records require an authenticated online connection. Secure and manage every device used to access Ayada, and maintain an independently verified continuity plan.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, upload malicious code, violate another person’s rights, or use Ayada for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.
6. Third-party services
Ayada relies on services including Supabase, Google Fonts, and optional Google authentication. Their availability and separate terms can affect parts of the service.
7. Availability, trials, and changes
No uninterrupted-availability, backup-frequency, recovery-time, or error-free guarantee is made. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, or product changes may affect access. Trial duration, plan limits, and six-month or annual totals are presented before activation; requesting a plan is not a completed payment.
8. Intellectual property
Ayada’s interface, brand, and original software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These terms give you a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit the parties to limit.
10. Suspension and termination
Creating new information may be restricted after trial expiry or when a plan limit is reached, but Ayada does not automatically delete records because of subscription status. Access may also be restricted to protect the service or in response to misuse or legal requirements. Archive and deletion requests follow an authorized review process.
11. Contact and governing terms
Questions can be raised through the Contact page. These terms do not state a legal entity, address, governing jurisdiction, or forum.
